Hooray for The Beatles! This is seriously one of the coolest movies ever, and I'm sure most of you have
at least heard of it.
What it is, basically, is another rockumentary. It's loosely based on a day in the life of the Liverpool
lads, and the kind of stuff they have to "put up with". Actually, it's pretty obvious that most of it isn't true, but it's
still fun to watch, nonetheless.

"Hey mister, can we have our ball back?!" |
Any Beatles fan should see this movie, as well as their other ones. Not only do they all have awesome songs, but it's
also just fun to see the boys being "themselves".
There isn't much of a plot to this film, and it's pretty obvious that one was just put in for the feel of necessity.
However, there doesn't really need to be a plot, the movie is great within itself. ^_^

Some of the more memorable moments:
I absolutely love the opening credits to this film. It's just a bunch of pictures of the Beatles
themselves flashing across the screen, while the song I'll Cry Instead plays in the backround.
This Boy. This is the first song written in which all four of the boys sang at once, using their
awesome style of harmonization. And the scene is great as well. Ringo's off wandering the streets alone, wearing a long overcoat
and hat, just basically causing trouble without meaning to. He just can't seem to fit in anywhere he goes!
The press conference. Easily the funniest part of the film. I could quote the whole thing right here and
now, but...hmm, maybe I'll do that in another section.
There are so many little things in the film that are just hilarious. I know it probably sounds like I don't
really like it, since I didn't put many "memorable moments", but it really is a great film.

Notice the blonde in the backround? That's George's first wife, Pattie Boyd, who he met on the set. |
